Advanced Training in Family Medicine (ATFM)
After successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in Family Medicine (GCFM), candidates may embark on further professional development by enrolling in the Advanced Training in Family Medicine Programme for a further two years. The training prepares for the postgraduate qualification of the MAFP/icFRACGP (International Conjoint FRACGP) from intake 2019 onwards which is registrable as a specialist qualification under the NSR.
This Programme is designed to upgrade standard of care in Family Practice and to increase awareness of the global trend towards the provision of continuing and comprehensive care by the Family doctor, who can provide the most cost effective care for any population.
Eligibility Examination for Part 1 for ATFM Intake 8 (with Repeaters)

The Eligibility Examination is open to all Intake 8 and repeat candidates. Please download and submit the form to Ms Mala (email@example.com) or Ms Ezzah (firstname.lastname@example.org) through email before/by the closing date on the 30th November 2019.
Please note that all candidates hold their own responsibility to meet the closing dates for entry and exam applications. Late applications will not be entertained by AFPM.
