Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the AFPM Secretariat via email: secretariat@afpm.org.my

Cancellations received on or before 15 March 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 15 March 2026 or for no-shows during the event.

Substitute participants are welcome, provided that written notification is received at least one week before the event date.

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the conference.
AFPM reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme, venue, or schedule if necessary. Any updates will be communicated via the official AFPM website and email notifications.
