Graduate Certificate in Family Medicine (GCFM)
Two years (four semesters) structured distance-learning programme for all general practitioners, designed to raise their level of knowledge, attitudes, practices and skills towards achieving the status of being a trained general practitioner. This achievement is in keeping with MOH's current proposals for a reformed healthcare system.
1) July - 2020 (Closing Date: 30th April 2020)
2) January - 2021 (Closing Date: 30th September 2020)
GCFM endeavours to accept all candidates who apply if they fulfill the entry criteria. However, if the number of applicants exceeds our capacity to train, then applicants may be advised to be enrolled in the next intake.

TO ALL GCFM INTAKE 20, 21, 22 AND 23
Candidates are kindly notified that the GCFM May Module Workshop and the Final Examination scheduled to be held on 16th -17th May has been POSTPONED tentatively to 15th -16th August 2020 but needs to be confirmed again later depending on the COVID 19 situation.
However, reading and submission of assignments will continue as per schedule.
Kindly take note of the POSTPONEMENT. We will keep you all posted of any latest development in time to come.
GCFM INTAKE 2020
AFPM has decided to postpone the July 2020 GCFM intake 24 to January 2021.
AFPM has also decided to postpone the August 2020 ATFM intake 10 to 2021 due to COVID- 19 pandemic. Members application forms can be processed only after the movement control order is lifted.
