We are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in a Hybrid format (Online and Face-to-Face) on Saturday, 18 April 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The Election Committee, led by Dato' Dr Jaspal, has successfully verified and scrutinized the ballot papers. Further details from the Election Committee's report will be available soon in our Annual Report.

Resolution/Amendments Submission:
Members who wish to submit resolutions/amendments for consideration at the AGM must complete the Resolution / Amendments Form Template and email it to the Secretariat Office at secretariat@afpm.org.my no later than Friday, April 03, 2026.

​Registration for AGM:
We cordially invite all members to register for attendance.

• The information provided during registration will be used to send you the meeting and voting links.

• Please ensure you provide your most frequently used mobile number and email address.

• After registration, additional details regarding the voting process will be shared.
